    18mm Fibre cement board base subfloor pre-fitted to frame. Grey PVC flooring pre-fitted onto subfloor. Fitted with ceiling and floor skirt board trim and corner trim capping.

    Double glazed tempered glass windows & flyscreen, pre-fitted in white aluminium frames. Fitted with double glazed tempered glass sliding exterior doors & standard interior doors.
